Frequently asked questions

Cakes need at least 48 hours: order today and the earliest we can deliver is 2 days from now, whatever time it is when you order. Muffins, loaves and samosas need 24 hours, so you can order today for tomorrow. If your order includes a cake, the whole order follows the cake's notice.

Up to 120 days ahead. For anything further out, message us on WhatsApp.

We deliver every day except Sunday, plus a small number of public holidays each year.

Kiambu Town (KES 100), Kiambu Road (KES 200), Nairobi CBD (KES 400), Nairobi environs (KES 500). The fee is added automatically once you pick your area at checkout.

By M-Pesa at checkout — either an STK prompt to your phone, or the till number with your order reference as the payment reference, which we reconcile against the M-Pesa statement.

Retry it from the same checkout screen — it re-prompts against the same order rather than creating a new one. If it still fails, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it out directly.

You can add a message of up to 30 characters on the product page, at no extra cost. Candles, toppers, edible photo prints and other add-ons vary too much to price in advance, so we quote them per order — WhatsApp us on +254 758 923 103 and we’ll give you a price.

Cakes are available from 1KG up to 5KG. Muffins, loaves and samosas are sold in their own standard sizes — see each product page for what applies.

Message us on WhatsApp with the occasion, size, flavour and a reference photo if you have one, and we’ll get back to you with a price and timeline.

Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, Saturday 09:00–17:00. Closed Sunday.
