Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Checkout takes full payment by M-Pesa up front, before we start baking. This page sets out what that means if your plans change or a delivery doesn't go as booked.
Ordering and lead time
We bake to order. Cakes need at least 48 hours' notice; muffins, loaves and samosas need 24 hours. An order that includes a cake follows the cake's notice, and checkout won't offer a delivery date sooner than that. The date you book is when we plan to deliver; if you need it changed, message us as early as you can.
Cancelling or changing an order
If you need to cancel or change an order, message us on WhatsApp or call +254 758 923 103 as early as you can.
Refunds are reviewed case by case. We buy ingredients and bake to order, so how much notice you give and how far your order has got are part of what we consider. Any refund we agree goes back to the M-Pesa number the order was paid from.
If a delivery can't be completed
If we can't deliver as booked — for example the address is wrong or nobody is reachable — we'll contact you on the number you gave at checkout to arrange what happens next. Any redelivery fee or refund is agreed with you case by case.
If something isn't right with your order when it arrives, message us with a photo as soon as you can and we'll look into it.
